A smooth-operating handle swings the sash out sideways up to 90 degrees to allow an abundance of fresh air to flow indoors. The standard style casement provides classic good looks. Or choose an eyebrow style casement to add a graceful focal point to any room.

The frame and sash are milled from kiln-dried wood pre-treated with a non-toxic preservative that repels insects and deters warping and rotting.

Two, cam-action sash locks are profiled to follow the jamb lines and secure the sash with a positive locking action. Finishes include Goldtone (standard), Pewter, Bright Brass, White or Oil-Rubbed Bronze.

Complement the style of your home or add your own distinctive look with optional Simulated Divided Lite (SDL), aluminum airspace or snap-in wood perimeter grilles featuring a "frame" design using concealed pins to snap them securely in place for superior strength compared to stick grilles found on other window brands.

An easy to reach unison sash lock drives an ultra-secure sequential locking system housed entirely within the thick 1-3/4" jamb.

The standard contour operator handle plus optional round, folding, "T" and ADA handles, are available in up to five popular finishes. An optional corrosion-resistant seacoast package is also available.
