The Venmar CES ERV1100w is designed for classroom applications and delivers up to 1,200 cfm [566 l/s] of total airflow, with up to 1,100 cfm [519 l/s] of outdoor air for free cooling. This model provides excellent air distribution with 3.5 tons of cooling. Heating options include: electric heating [up to 12.5 kW], hot water heating [from 50 to 70 MBH], hot gas reheat with WSHP (Water Source Heat Pump) option [up to 40 MBH - on/off or modulating] or high efficiency gas heating at 90% steady state efficiency [up to 60 MBH - modulating or two stage]. The high efficiency gas module features a dependable hot surface igniter, sealed combustion and a reliable heavy gauge aluminized steel heat exchanger with stainless steel secondary heat exchanger. Gas heating is available with either two stage or modulating control. The ERV1100w also features an aluminum enthalpy wheel which provides sensible and latent heat transfer ideal for cold, dry climates and/or hot, humid climates.
