MIX 25-A

On-deck manual water temperature Control Valve for use with Sloan OPTIMA sensor-operated faucets includes mounting hardware and installation instructions. Unit offers all-metal valve body with magnum cartridge, faceted circular handle with HOT/COLD position indicators, flexible supply lines, and 3/8" compression fittings.

The MIX-25-A can be supplied with a trim plate for either a 4" (102 mm) or an 8" (204 mm) centerset sink. Trim plates vary depending on the Sloan OPTIMA faucet installation. Specify the MIX-25-A variation accordingly: MIX-25-A-1 with 4" trim plate for centerset sink (use with Sloan ETF-660 or ETF-770 faucet); MIX-25-A-2 with 8" trim plate for centerset sink (use with Sloan ETF-660 or ETF-770 faucet); MIX-25-A-3 with 4" trim plate for centerset sink (use with Sloan ETF-80 or EBF-85 faucet); MIX-25-A-4 with 4" trim plate for centerset sink (use with Sloan ELF-10 or ESF-20 faucet); MIX-25-A-5 with 8" trim plate for centerset sink (use with Sloan ELF-10, ESF-20, ETF-700 or EBF-750 faucet).

The Sloan MIX-25-A Mixing Valve must be installed with two back checks; specify the "-2" variation to furnish two back checks with the faucet. CSA certified.

MIX 30-A

On-deck manual water temperature Control Valve with ADA-compliant wrist blade handle for use with Sloan OPTIMA sensor-operated faucets includes mounting hardware and installation instructions. Unit offers all-metal valve body with magnum cartridge, flexible supply lines, and 3/8" compression fittings.

The MIX-30-A can be supplied with a trim plate for either a 4" (102 mm) or an 8" (204 mm) centerset sink. Trim plates vary depending on the Sloan OPTIMA faucet being used. MIX 60-A

Below-deck mechanical water Mixing Valve for use with a single Sloan OPTIMA faucet. The MIX-60-A mixing valve is designed to install under the lavatory and incorporates 3/8" Compression Fittings on the inlets and outlet. Install the MIX-60-A Mixing Valve in place of the T-fitting supplied with the faucet positioned before the solenoid valve. The MIX-60-A Mixing Valve must be installed with two back checks; specify the "-2" variation to furnish two back checks with the faucet.

MIX 70-A

Thermostatic Mixing Valve MIX-70-A is a straight stop with back checks for use in a multi-faucet installation. Unit features a solid bimetal thermostat directly linked to valve porting to control the intake of hot and cold water, an adjustable high-temperature limit stop set for 110°F (43°C), a maximum operating pressure of 125 psi (860 kPa), a screwdriver adjustment temperature dial with COLD-HOT scale, and combination checkstops on inlets. The unit is constructed from bronze, brass, nylon, and stainless steel and conforms to ASSE 1016 and ASSE 1017.

MIX 75-A

Thermostatic Mixing Valve MIX-75-A is an angle stop with back checks for use in a multi-faucet installation. Unit features a solid bimetal thermostat directly linked to valve porting to control the intake of hot and cold water, an adjustable high-temperature limit stop set for 110°F (43°C), a maximum operating pressure of 125 psi (860 kPa), a screwdriver adjustment temperature dial with COLD/HOT scale, and combination checkstops on inlets. The unit is constructed from bronze, brass, nylon, and stainless steel and conforms to ASSE 1016 and ASSE 1017.
