Coraflon second-generation fluoropolymer coatings deliver design and performance advantages including a palette of rich, vivid colors, a full range of glosses from satin to high luster, excellent adhesion and excellent field recoatability with the ambient cure characteristics of acrylics.
Unlike older-technology fluoropolymers, Coraflon coatings are thermosetting and cure chemically into a clear, 100% inert fluoropolymer compound. They exhibit the high level of solvent solubility necessary to attain bright, vibrant colors and a wide range of gloss levels without the need for multiple coats or additional clear coat applications. Coraflon coatings are available in all the colors of the rainbow, plus metallics*, blacks and whites. Comprised of 100% high-quality fluoropolymer resin, Coraflon coatings offer exceptional color retention and hiding ability, plus a broad range of gloss levels, from high gloss to satin sheens.

Coraflon MC Coil Coatings
Coraflon MC coatings are 2- or 3-coat systems that offer a brilliant, low-maintenance finish that is highly resistant to marring and abrasion, withstands airborne pollution without staining or discoloring and maintains its excellent appearance over time. The coatings are designed for use over properly cleaned and pretreated aluminum or steel substrates. Their exceptional versatility makes them an excellent choice for applications such as gas station buildings, pylons, canopies, building panels, roofs, doors, decks, signs, billboards, poles, truck trailers, exterior light fixtures and fences.
Coraflon EX Extrusion Coatings
Coraflon EX spray-applied extrusion coatings are 2-coat systems designed for use over properly cleaned and pretreated aluminum substrates. Coraflon EX coatings provide exceptional color and gloss retention, hiding ability and marring and abrasion resistance. They are an excellent choice for applications such as doors, windows or sash extrusions, handrails, poles, exterior light fixtures and fences.
Coraflon ADS Air-Dry Coatings
The introduction of Coraflon ADS (Air-Dry System) sparks a restoration design revolution. Coraflon ADS coatings, based on PPG’s proven technologies, is a long lasting field applied coating that you can trust. Coraflon ADS coatings are optimal for building restoration and other large surface applications, and is an excellent choice to restore weathered building panels and accents. Coraflon ADS coatings also feature low VOC (volatile organic compounds) so it can be used in most regions. Use the Coraflon ADS system on aluminum building panels, walls, roofs, doors, window frames, handrails, stairs and other structurally sound surfaces.
Coraflon ADS coatings chemically cross links to form a clear inert fluoropolymer film. Its unique formulation enables Coraflon ADS coatings to attain a rich palette of vivid solid colors, metallics and special effects. From high gloss to soft satin sheens that help mask building imperfections, broad ranges of gloss levels are available. They offer longevity even under extreme environmental conditions. The chemically inert Coraflon ADS composition delivers a brilliant, low-maintenance finish that stands the test of time.
