The Rheos+ is a fully modulating, sealed combustion, high efficiency condensing boiler and volume water heater. It is offered with inputs from 1.2 to 2.4 million BTU/hr, delivers up to 98 percent heat transfer efficiency and produces low NOx emissions (10 ppm). Seamless combustion modulation from 25 to 100 percent of full input maintains maximum efficiency and helps cut operating costs as much as 50 percent over conventional systems.

Compatibility is included for use with virtually any building automation system (BAS) and interface cards for popular control systems, including Toleron Controls, Metasys and LONWorks connectivity.
