Product Description
Xci Class A is an exterior wall insulation panel composed of a Class A rigid polyisocyanurate foam core laminated during the manufacturing process to reinforced foil facers.

Features and Benefits
  • Manufactured with NexGen Chemistry: Zero ODP: contains no CFC’s or HCFC’s. Virtually zero GWP
  • Meets the minimum continuous insulation standards prescribed in ASHRAE 90.1-2010
  • Provides R-Values from 6.7 to 30 in a single layer
  • Superior fire performance, durability and dimensional stability
  • Exterior facer treated with non-reflective coating
Applications
  • Designed for use in commercial wall assemblies
  • Provides continuous insulation (ci) for standard
    • steel stud, CMU, masonry cavity and wood frame exterior wall construction
  • Can be installed directly on steel studs in a variety of wall assemblies without the need for gypsum sheathing
    • Note: Xci Class A is not suitable for exposed interior applications.

Panel Characteristics
  • ASTM C 1289, Type II, Class 1 Grade 2 (20 psi) or Grade 3 (25 psi)
  • Available in 4' x 8' (1220mm x 2440mm) panels in thicknesses of 1" (25mm) – 4.0" (102mm) and 4' x 9' (1220mm x 2743mm)
