The Airflow Tolerant Circuitry™ sensor is designed to provide consistent performance in all areas where strong air motion might cause false activation. Airflow Tolerant Circuitry filters out the portion of the frequency spectrum related to air movement to minimize false activations while it responds to object motion. Ultrasonic sensors are ideal in spaces where you need increased sensitivity to minor motion (like a hand waving) in larger spaces (>500ft2).
